Parcel doing the run around between hubs

I have an international mail parcel which arrived in country on the 31/03/2013, the tracking showed it got to Johannesburg mail centre, who the returned it to Krugersdrop mail centre and this parcel is supposed to be delivered to Johannesburg (Soweto, postal code 1818). When will this package get to my post office.
