I paid my avon account on the 25th of october in order to get my delivery before the 1st of november. I have sent them countless emails because it seems as if there is not one person that I can deal with to fix my problem. This is a huge inconvenience because the month has ended and they are still holding on to my order as if they haven't received payment. I have sent them proof of payment as well. I really didn't expect such poor service from this company.
