Hi all!
I am a cash rep so when I place an order- I pay before delivery. I always paid via EFT.
What happened is I placed an order, received an email stating the amount I should pay, which I payed. Then, I received an SMS saying my order has been released.
The outstanding amount was not lifted from my account, even though my order was released. When I wanted to place another order they said I have an oustanding balance. I told them I had paid, and sent the proof of payment (thank I still had it) countless times. Seriously, like more than 6.
I spoke to so many people phoned emailed until finally I said just terminate my account, I no longer wish to work for you. THEN I got emails saying I must RETURN THE PRODUCTS I paid for or pay the amount AGAIN.
They then proceeded to SMS me threatening to blacklist me?! I'm a 19 year old student I dont even OWN a credit card??
I sent the proof of payment AGAIN and didn't even receive a reply. So I guess now my name is blacklisted, because Avon can't do their work. I am going to take legal action, this is the last straw.
I'm disgusted... How can a business's service be SO pathetic?
