LATE DELIVERY AND BAD SERVICES

TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AVON SERVICES.
MY ORDER WAS PUT THROUGH IN NOVEMBER AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ITEMS.

THEY DISPATCHED AND SENT MY PRODUCTS TO DURBAN.I LIVE 2HOURS AWAY FROM THIS AREA.WHEN I SENT THE QUERY THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WILL SORT OUT BUT STILL MY ORDER HASNT ARRIVED.

SERVICES AT AVON IS GETTING FROM BAD TO WORST ESPECIALLY WITH DELIVERY TIMES.
THE NEW SYSTEM YOURL HAVE PLACED SERVES NO PURPOSE AS I AM ALWAYS RECEIVING MY ORDER LATE.

1ST TIME MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO AN UNKNOWN PERSON, 2ND TIME MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO THE BUILDER AT THE HOUSE AND NOW TO DURBAN.

NOW I AM STILL WAITING AS YOUR CONSULTANT STATES THEY CAN NOT SEND MY ORDER OVER NIGHT??? YOURL AS AVON A HUGE COMPANY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THIS SHOWS AS A BAD REPORT TO YOURL.

IM A SALES REP AND I AM AN IMAGE OF AVON BUT YOURL DO NOT HELP AT ALL.
HOW DOES AVON EXPECT A SALES REP TO BE TRUSTWORTHY IF YOU AS THE MAIN HOLDER DONT DELIVER

HOW CAN AVON HAVE A POLICY OF 4DAYS DELIVERY WHEN NOW MY ORDER IS OUTSTANDING FOR MORE THEN 2WEEKS.

HOPE THAT MY COMPLIANT IS TAKEN SERIOUS AND WILL BE SORTED.
