Account Closed with my money

Good Day,
I was an agent for Avon Justine, and i paid money into my account to place an order, I received an email from Avon stating that my account is closed,

I then requested for a refund from Avon on the 19th August 2012, and they told me to email proof of payment, which i did.

All i want is my money back, how hard can that be??
