No delivery & no feedback

Wow! I see a lot of similar complaints lodged on this site. Avon, are you paying any attention? I placed an order with my rep around the 15th of March. On the 25th she sent an email to her clients letting us know that she'll be fetching our stock, but there was no parcel at the post office. On the 28th she let us know that there was a backlog due to a strike (another one??) but the issue would be resolved over the long weekend & we'd get our stock the following week. Guess what? STILL NO DELIVERY & even worse, no solid feedback regarding the order from Avon, except that no-one knows where it is. I mean really. That's very poor service. I asked if we can re-order the same goods or cancel & place another order, but her account is on hold because she hasn't paid for the goods that WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET - GO FIGURE? I don't know what else to say. I really hope someone takes responsibility to sort this out VERY SOON.
