I'm one of the Avon Sales Rep (account no:1790338) and On the 28 Sept 2013 I placed an order. I didn't received any correspondence about it. Then after the 10th Otcober - started inquiring about it, I sent an email to Enquiries no one responded I called them the call centre agent told me the oder was delivered onthe 3rd October to my old address and I was contacted about and I don't know the person who signed for I, when I went there to get the order I was told it was taken by other guy after 3 three days of delivery but they don't have details of a person who took it. Now avon is demanding me to pay for the order that I never received, it's not no my fault that their incompetance led to the loss as I changed the address with them on May already and I was called by Avon to confirm my new address. I'm not prepared to pay for their faults. I need Avon to sort this out and clear my name from that debt. I've been paying my account monthly without any problems now they are treating me like this!! I need justice to play its role.
