UNABLE TO LOCATE FUNDS PAID

I am not happy with how Avon treats its representatives, after all are we not the ones bringing business to them? since I joined Avon, I have never enjoyed or seen the benefits. In fact my account has been handed over to ITC, not that i didn't pay, on the contrary I have sent the proof of payment on countless occasions and Avon has confirmed that they can see the payment has been made, but they can't allocate it... whatever that means. enough is enough some one should own up and take responsibility, stop taking me from pillar to post. just credit my account and clear my name. from March till now??? like really now!!!
