Approximately two years ago my house geyser burst. I contacted my insurers, namely Santam Insurance, who in turn contacted W.E. Geysers. After several days the geyser was replaced.
Around 15th/16th July, 2013, this geyser burst. The replaced it with refurbished geyser.
The refurbished geyser is giving off an odour and a bad taste.
As no response was received from them after complaining several times, I once again contacted Santam Insurance as it is now more than 6 weeks and the odour and bad taste is still there - Santam have contacted W.E. Geysers.
W.E. Geysers now refuse to change the refurbished geyser for a new one.
This service is not acceptable
