Nedbank has the most ridiculous insurance policy with regard to a broken geyser.
If the geyser is NOT under warranty:
1) Nedbank will pay for a plumber to come and take the geyser out
2) Nedbank will pay for a new geyser
3) Nedbank will pay for a plumber to come and install the new geyser
If the geyser is under warranty:
1) Nedbank will pay for nothing...
2) The client will have to pay the plumber to come and take the geyser out and
3) The client will have to pay the plumber to install the new/or repaired geyser
The bottom line is, buy the cheapest geyser with the shortest warranty... Not an expensive Solardome geyser with a five (5) year warranty... as I did...
