In January 2013 one of our geysers burst. The geysers were still under warranty from Kwikot. They replaced both geysers as I was informed that the geysers were faulty and should have been recalled. The geysers were installed in a new house in November 2010.
The same geyser that burst in January is now leaking again from the overflow, constant leakage. I contacted Kwikot and they have made it clear that the warranty on valves and elements has expired even though new geysers with new valves and elements were installed in January.
I find their service hopeless particularly when I could not get past the lady who answered their phone. I think that Kwikot are avoiding their responsibility and accountability to their product and service. I can recommend to any person looking at installing a geyser or any Kwikot product to ensure that they support any other brand.
