I submitted a claim for a geyser - 3 weeks later I had not heard anything, I had to phone, just be told claim will not be paid, geyser did not actually burst. Santam, please check with the Market, geyser's never actually burst, they start leaking at the seams. Your feedback has been ZERO, your advertisements (we pay 99% of claims is total rubbish.
