I bought a Sealy bed from Geen & Richards 18 month ago. The bed sagged within the first three months and in a short while had to be exchanged. We got a new Sealy mattress but this one is even worse. We can hardly sleep on the mattress and suffer from severe backache every single day. I would like you to exchange this bed as a matter of urgency.
