I settled both my Standard Bank Personal loan and Cheque accounts on the 12th of March and sent through proof of payments but i still yet to receive paid up letters. I went into the bank to make the deposits therefore i really don't understand why it is taking so long to receive the paid up letters. And to my surprise i am still receiving text messages about my accounts that are in arrears. How long does it take to update your systems? I think you are very efficient in calling and reminding customers to pay, it would be awesome if you can put as much efforts in ensuring that customers receive paid up letters in time don't you think?
