Why am I not surprised? STANDARD BANK, has received all the payments owed to them for a student loan, on a CONSISTENT BASIS, NO BREACH OF ANY CONTRACT, and now after proof has been submitted to their department that the account is paid up in full, THEY STILL FAIL TO PROVIDE the public with FAIR TRANSPARENT AND ACCESSIBLE SERVICES!!!
2 WEEKS AGO, a paid up-letter had been requested from Kananelo David Lethunya who works at Standard Bank. on the 24th of June he responded and stated that paid up letters are now apparently available only on request from a Standard Bank Branch, but on the very same day he confirmed this information, a paid up letter was issued via e-mail to another client who requested this.
WHY THE DOUBLE STANDARDS STANDARD BANK? CAN YOU PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND RECTIFY THIS??? OR WILL THIS REMAIN AN UNSOLVED ISSUE, AS IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN?
