I have paid off my loan and cheque accounts that were with Brooks and Luyt Attorneys on the 12th of March. I asked them how long until my ITC records are updated and they told me that they have instructed the bank to update my records. On Thursday the 4th of April i called your Complaints Resolution Centre and i was on hold for 20 minutes until i ran out of airtime without getting through. Then i called your Credit Rehabilitation department on 086 054 8523 and spoke to Albert. To my surprise he told me that it can take up to 6 Months for the records to be updated. Are you guys serious? So i must wait 6 months for the account that is paid off to be updated with the credit bureaus? I don't understand this and find it hight unacceptable!
