My FNB personal loan, temporary loan, credit card and cheque accounts were handed over. I have paid up all these accounts (in December 2012) and the attorneys have referred me back to FNB to finalize my paid up letters. I have not received any of these letters, instead FNB continues to debit amounts from my account (i have already settled all these accounts) and no one can assist at the call center. They actually say "i dont know what you can do ma'm"
DO NOT CHANGE YOUR BANK TO FNB, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND ARE LIKE TAXI DRIVER'S ONCE YOU'RE IN, THEY TREAT YOU BADLY!!!
