No Joy once accounts has been paid in full

I was handed over to attorneys by woolworths for not paying my account (thanks recession) and of course due to that my name had defaults on it.By the grace of, on the 22 of May 2013 i was able to pay out all my outstanding debt in full. Since paying these accounts i have received settlement letters from all the attorneys stating that i am now in the clear. I have been requesting from woolworths, paid in full settlement letters, in case i have any issue due to the defaults i have proof via the letters. They have been so kind to provide me with letters for my Loan and Store account, however my Credit Card letter remains amiss. I have been trying to arrange this letter since 20 of June but being pushed pillar to post and fed stories. How hard is it to simply get your finance department to insert my details on your letter template, stating Ive paid in full and owe nothing further, it was done for the loan and store account what is so different from the credit card! I'm really annoyed as i have paid my dues and i owe them nothing more! All i want is what i am rightfully owed, MY PAID IN FULL SETTLEMENT LETTER FOR MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT!!!
