First National Bank
Have been waiting 2 weeks for Paid Up Letters

On the 24th October I settled my two Credit Card accounts with FNB, which were under Debt Review. I was told that I would receive my Paid Up Letters for both of these accounts within 72 hours, this meant that I should receive my letters by the 29th/30th October, at the latest. On the 1st November I still had not received the letters, so I contacted the Debt Review call centre and was informed that the letters would be sent to me shortly. Monday morning, still nothing, so I called again and was told that they are busy with the letters and I should get them that day. About an hour later I received an email and low and behold there was one of the letters. When I opened the attachment all the details were mine, except the name of the account was a Mrs. Matilda Mgobeni!!! How does a letter get sent to a client without making sure that the details are correct on the letter??? I again called and informed them of this error, which they say they are sorting out. This was on monday, it is now wednesday, tomorrow would be 2 weeks since thoses accounts were settled and I still do not have my paid up letters!!! Is this how FNB helps you??? I am very disgusted with this service!!!
