African Bank
ACCOUNTS PAID UP AWAITING PAID UP LETTERS

I have paid up my african bank credit card and loan on the 29th of January already, I then called in to cancel the card as well as the loan and requested paid up letters. I called in last week and called in again today. I get told that it has been emailed but I have no received anything. this is very frustrating. I have given 2 email addresses and nothing comes through. I need those paid up letters urgently
