African Bank
ACCOUNTS PAID UP AWAITING PAID UP LETTERS

I had 2 accounts with African Bank and these accounts were paid up on the 28 December 2012. I have sent the proof of payment to the relevant department and still I am receiving letters saying that I owe African Bank Money. I have the proof of payments in my possession and would like you to please email me paid up letters as soon as possible. It is highly annoying that I am still receiving letters for outstanding money. African Bank should check their systems before sending out these letters to clients. I would like this to receive your urgent attention!
