I requested the recording where someone gave them my bank account details TO DEDUCT THEIR S A B C TV LICENCE FEES, and to this day have not been given this report. When they tell you that the conversation is recorded for mutual security, they only mean their own security not mine. I am stuck with a maid in my house that I cannot fire because I have no evidence that she gave KRB my banking details. I have no proof to fire her. It is an urgent call but from about a month ago they have been ignoring all my calls and e-mails. They don't deserve the name "attorneys"
