I Went to the Nigel office to ammend my personal tax details. As i know that the SARS offices are fire arm free areas i declared my fire arm and requested to place it in a safe at the security check point. No Safes were supplied. I was told by the male security guard who worked without a PSIRA card - as expected by law - to leave my fire arm in the car that was parked outside in the street. This cannot be normal for any security guard to expect me to leave my fire arm licensed in my name in my car not in a safe (where did he get his training). I was requested by a big lady who called herself the manager to leave the fire arm in the car or at SAPS or else she cannot help me. SAPS said they cannot when i phoned them. I requested assistance from them at the security check point on the tax matter. She refused saying there is no table outside. A person with the name [email protected] interviened and immidiatelly assisted. The big lady manager didnt like the idea of me being assisted and she continiously and arrogantly came in between till i indicated to her that i do not want to talk to her anymore. My question is when SARS want tax payers to comply how can they chase them away arroga
