A lady from AMAZING VOUCHERS called me by the Name Miss Quadra? Unfortunately she called in more the once and we are a call centre, with calls that's recorded 24 hours a day.
First Quadra gets thru to me and like a call centre agent answers, I gave me name and she I quote " Hi Fran? ois my love how are you " and then told me that a co worker of mine, which name by the way she had perfectly right gave me up for signing for AMAZING VOUCHERS.
She got me totally off guarded, and I listened and thought ok let's do this. Now then I gave her my personal details.
Now, After the call she called in again and got to another Client Agent, Miss Quadra gave all my personal details??? Home address and name to this Agent to get the sale??? Used my information as reference Luckily this individual knew better and stopped went to the supervisor with this Miss Quadra, Supervisor got hold of me. How can somebody from a company doing sales give my personal details to an unknown individual?
I am not a difficult person, but this is my personal details and its unacceptable.
