I have been calling MBD attorneys requesting letter of proof that i have closed my woolworths credit card, they started with saying they will ask the department that is responsible for sending letters to email it to me and I should receive the letter that day or next day.
Today they keep on giving me other numbers saying I am in a wrong department. I dont get any positive response. I paid this account and closed it in 2010 already but it still appears on my credit profile with credit beaurue and is affecting my record badly. Please assist I am tired now of this!
