Failed To Trace My Credit Card Settlement

Hi!
In early February 2013, I was contacted by Ramsurjoo and Du Plessis Inc Attorneys regarding the settlement of my FNB credit card.By then I didn't remember which account it was and the attorneys didn't have enough details on the account as well. After they called back and said that it was my Vodacom account, which remember settling down, but couldn't find the proof that I did settle the account.
After going through my emails, I found the settlement letter from the attorneys (Hack Stupel & Ross) who were handling the matter back then. I forwarded the letter to the attorneys as well as FNB.
After sending the letter, I got the email below, to which I responded asking what they meant by monthly recoveries. Since then I never heard from them until today when the same attorneys contacted me again asking me to settle the account:
Good day
Kindly supply us with a copy of your monthly recoveries statement reflecting the settlement payment being made to FNB.
We checked the account statements and it appears as if the payment was never credited to the account and we need to trace same.
Kind regards,
Mr A Harris
