Credit Card not sorted out in 6months

I paid my credit card in full, November 2012. Januarie 2013 i went to FNB Jacaranda to apply for a cheque account. The consultant said that i am a risk 3x client. She could not tell me what that means, i went to the manger and a few days later she informed me that it is bad debt that was written off by FNB, i want to go and pay it but later she informed me it was my credit card outstanding. i send her the letter of the attorneys saying i paid evertyhing. From January 2013 - May2013 no response, i get a call from attorneys again. I send FNB and the attorneys my letter and proof that everythins is paid, it is a week later, i phone FNB at the credit card division and i am told they can do nothing for me i must phone lega department. Nobody wants to assit me and nobody wants to sort it out for me.
