It has been a week now since the accout was settled but I get stories everytime I have to receive my paid up letter. It is very urgent that I received the letter for important purposes.

I hereby beg whoever is responsible to compile this letter to send it to my email as I have spoken to your attorneys.

I am very disappointed by this dilly dally attitude as I have never received such unprofessionalism from Woolworths. I need you to update my credit record as promised with ITC as the account is fully settled. Your prompt co-operation will be very much appreciated. I have been sent pillar to post even paid the R100 for the letter as requested but I am still not finding joy. The DL Attorneys you handed me to are asking me to get a letter from woolworths, woolworths is asking me to refer back to the Attorneys. Please people just draft the settlement/clearance letter and send it to me as soon as possible. Desiree has promised tomorrow and I sure and pray that is true. I am desparately needing this letter for job application purposes and it is standing between me and getting my dream job. Your inconvenience is really costing me a career right now.
