I have been calling woolworths financial services to update my credit profile for the credit card that I have paid long time but still appears as open with credit bureau. They told me to get a letter from MBD attorneys and fax it to them. That I did last month already but my profile is still not updated. I phoned them again yesterday and they kept on transferring me to other departments and the last person I spoke to said I am going to get a call from one of them yesterday but no one phoned me.
Could you please assist as this is affecting my credit record badly.
