I am happy with the manner by which Peter from Johan Jooste and company treated my case. He investigated the matter fully and at the end it was resolved that my employer issued incorrect referrences as a result, the payments could not be traced. I have been refunded and hopefully the two garnishees will be rescinded by the company. As much as I could have taken the matter even further, I am very happy with the outcome and I have to say I was touched by the commitment shown by Peter in resolving the matter.
