When she answered she said the account is paid in full and closed. No communication skills! After querying the fact that it will take them 7-14 days to issue a simple "copy & paste" letter she said the closing of the account is pending and in process. It was paid in full on the 22nd already. They will spend more on phone calls that you owe them but when they need to bring their part, they are non & void!
No surprise seeing all the Hellopeter Complaints! Get proper staff and train them to answer the phone properly for a starter! Do not bother replying with your "copy & paste answers" - I will not stop!
