I'm used to good service from Discovery, but now on a few occasions I have requested specific information that requests expert input from them which they could answer in 1 short paragraph.. not my basic analysis of their terms and conditions.
Every time I get a copy-paste answer from a section of the Discovery Health terms and conditions..
The whole reason I request feedback is to help me understand!
Very disappointed.
