I don't even have an active MTNSP account, but this SSDA emails me horrible email & sms letters of demand in excess of R11, 000 or else they'll deliver their full wrath on me!
Get your facts straight before even adding anyone's names on your database! Even MTN confirmed that I don't owe them anything! Now I'm just going to receive a generic "copy & paste" reply on HelloPeter that goes like this:
" Dear Sir
We are currently investigating your concerns with our client. We will revert the moment we have received further instructions.
Kind regards
The SSDA team"
OR
"Dear Sir
We are currently investigating your concerns and shall be in contact shortly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

What a load of hogwash! I will respond only on this forum. No private apologies will be accepted! And a personal response, not a stupid "Copy & Paste" nonsense! FED UP!!
