I have now logged so many complaints on hellopeter about cellc that i know can say with confidence they dont care. every complaint ahs the standed copy and paste reply and i have never ever been contacted by anyone. the latest problem i am having is that when someone calls my number they hear it ringing once and then goes to voicemail. if they dial it again then it rings fine. this happens with everyone calling me. i have called 140 and they are of no help. they instead give me code that cancels all diverts and now when you call me it just goes engage and then the second time it works fine. how am i suppose to use this phone when it is needed for work. i am now rather going to vodacom to get a phone that will work as this network is really useless. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO CELLC. THEY MIGHT BE CHEAPER BUT WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. I WILL ALSO BET THAT THIS COMPLAINT WILL RECEIVE THE STD COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE AND NEVER GET RESOLVED!!!
