I was handed over to VVM after my divorce due to an overdue account. Which I queried but was never resolved. VVM started calling me almost immediately. Not only 1 but 2 companies acting on behalf on VVM, one confronting the other. Afetr about 800 calls later from them I informed them I was unemployed going on 2 years and would pay R150.00 per month at the last day of the month. NOOOO... after numerous attempts of telling them to make a note on my account they continued to phone me every day and night asking for money, that I get where???
Threatening e-mails are sent to me daily, calls all the time even 8, o'clock at night. I have had it with the harrasment now. If you are unemployed with 2 kids what the heck is a person supposed to do?
They phone you continuously and ask you to give them your ID no. every time, wow with this much they should know it off by heart by now.
I cant take it anymore, if ever I owed money employed or not I have never been so harrassed in my life..
