I am embarrassed to admit that I judged Vodacom way too harshly. I thought they were the worst cell provider in South Africa but at least they have managed respond to complaints.
All I get from MTN is a copy and paste response from a brainless employee who they probably pay R8 / hour to copy and paste a standard response.
The response usually indicates how sorry MTN are and how urgently they are attending to the matter. From then on you never hear from them again. I love how they keep escalating these issues into thin air. It's no wonder your results today disappointed investors.
