Avoid billing issues by staying alive #2

I am still waiting for feedback from ADT after their copy and paste response. Anyone out there? We received another statement that we owe them R.1005.63.

I have this very "bad" habit of first wanting to know what I pay for... Their call centre staff is absolutely clueless when you phone them about this. On the statement they have a call centre number if you have any queries, but nobody can tell me where they get the amount of R.1005.63 - all they do is to put me on hold until the call is either dropped or until I give up.

How is that possible??? Don't the billing call centre staff have access to the billing system??? How am I suppose to pay this amount if they can't see it on their billing system? I will not pay that amount until I know what I am paying for...

Please, any response will be appreciated, even one that tells me that they are busy looking into it, and not the standard copy and paste response they give to every customer complaint on hellopeter.
