To Whom It May Concern:
As there is a dearth of email contact details for Vodacom Accounts or Customer Care, I write this in the hope that it will receive some attentiion.
If you have a Senior Executive responsible for "Customer Care" I submit that he is failing in his responsibilies. I urge you to investigate the Track# provided above. You will note that resolution of this problem took TWENTY DAYS, and at least as many calls from our business to various departments at Vodacom.

We further request that Vodacom Accounts department be instructed to pass a Credit Note to our Account commensurate with the delay and disruption to our business by this unacceptably poor level of service.
