National outage since Friday yet I can't find anything about this on MWebs outage reports or even on Twitter. Eventually found info about national outage via another ISP who had it displayed on their opening page. As a customer of Mweb I find this very frustrating. Before finding this info I was trying to get through to the technical help centre and tried three times with no joy - was cut off the first time! The message on MWebs voice recording is so muffled that I could only just make out what they were saying on my third attempt. Very shoddy service. Tell your customers via all means if there is a problem, answer your phones and get a decent voice recording that customers can hear clearly. Your customers would be far less frustrated...
