Clients refunds being stolen

I purchased a flight ticket to London Heathrow with Computicket but didn't board so I requested a refund. It's been two weeks going to three weeks everyday something new comes up. They claim they'll call but they never do. Imagine I have to call everytime from Namibia to South Africa and it's costly. I have taken this up with my parents and they've come to realise that theyve stolen my refund. I gave all necessary information but nothing now they've stopped replying to my emails at all i would like to lay charges against Computicket they won't steal our money like that
