GOOD DAY
I went to hospital on the 16 May 2013, I called Resolution Health to get authorisation I gave the lady the codes for the procedures everything was okay she gave me the authorisation number and she informed me that at the hospital I will have to pay the co-payment of R2000.00. At the hospital we checked in and paid the co-payment of R2000.00 as per the lady at Resolution health, then I received the first account the amount was R4003.14 we paid R2000 and Resolution Health paid R936.50, the outstanding amount is R2003.14. When I called resolution Health they informed me that the co-payment is R4000, WHY DID THE LADY THAT DID THE AUTHORISATION NEVER TOLD ME THIS, WHY DO WE PAY DOUBLE CO-PAYMENT FOR GOING INTO HOSPITAL ONCE. I received a final demand from the Hospital, because Resolution health don't pay their account. I cant believe that this is the way Resolution Health treat there clients. I have been with Resolution Health since 2007.???
