Telkom at it again

3Weeks in December 2012 and now already 2 Weeks in January 2013 and no Light at the end of the Tunnel.
Network outage in Newlands West Durban carries on and on and Telkom is not able to fix a Network outage . and Telkom can not give use any reason why we have that, or it seems that they dont care at all.
So Telkom please if you cant cope with new Technologies then dont offer use Custumers a Product that you dont understand. Fault no. 91873 Network outage
