The fault on the prepaid line was reported in February 2013, since then I only received an sms confirming a network outage in the area. However nothing seems to have been done about the outage. I tried logging a fault once again online and received the following message: "The service is already part of a network outage. Date reported 2/20/13 12:16 PM". There is no communication forthcoming from Telkom and its frustrating. If they will not be able to ever fix this fault, they should inform us as such.
