DISCOVERY’S INCOMPETENCE

I was a member of Discovery Medical Aid from 1/3/2011-31/8/2012, 10/2012 I received a call from Discovery representative informing me of an outstanding amount R609.15.Payment off amount was made on the 10/9/2012 at FNB Hatfield into account given by Discovery representative. Proof of payment was faxed to Discovery as requested, Discovery agent phoned and payment was confirmed Reference number: 257165200, I then started receiving letters from Discovery demanding payment of the R609.15, Proof of payment was faxed yet again and I requested them to contact me, but to this day no reply.13/12/2012 I received a letter from Discovery informing me of a listing at a credit bureauI I phoned Discovery and spoke to a man called Tim who informed me that my payment had been tracked, and that he would call me with feedback. To this very day I have not had a single reply.17/1/2013 I received another letter from Discovery confirming that I had been listed on Transunion credit bureau as a bad payer. I then contacted my lawyer to seek advice. Letter was sent to Discovery by e mail& fax, reply was sent on the 5/2/2013, stating that someone would contact us within 5 working days. Still no reply Reference nr: 27209
