I require a letter from Discovery stating what my clawback value would be if I decide to cancel the medical aid. I originally received a letter within an hour of requesting but it was addressed to someone random and also did not have all the required information on it. I have now made NUMEROUS calls to Discovery to get an updated letter and no one seems to be able to assist. Why is it that the original letter was sent so quickly but when I require an urgent update it takes forever and a lot money wasted on phone calls to get it...?
