For the last two weeks we have begged Discovery Health for a Certificate of Confirmation of our health cover. They can only provide you with a membership certificate. After numerous attempts a Be Ngxola informed us that they cannot provide you with a letter indicating this information. Not even an attempt from their side! Surely it would only have taken a few minutes to compile such a letter. Just no! Pathetic! Mujeeb Bray (Head of Service) at Discovery doesn't even respond to an email. Mujeeb, are you at work? What about service delivery at Discovery Health? Is it too difficult? We have been members of Discovery Health since 2002. What a thank you after so many years! Don't join Discovery Health if customer service is important to you! They'll ignore you if you really need them!
