I need some clarity on an issue, January 2013 my wife had a miscarriage her gynae wanted to do a D and C the following day. He gave her medication and got authorisation to be admitted the following day but on the day that she got the medication, she got extremely sick and had unbearable pain. When i asked her gynae what is happening to her, he just said "nothing was supposed to happen to her" but take her to your closest hospital and give them the authorisation no and they will sort it out, which was Alberlito Hospital. Took my wife there and they stabilised her, the reception tells me she informed discovery and that i am not responsible for payment. Thereafter the nurse tells me she can go to her own gynae at city hospital. A few weeks later i get a call from Alberlito hospital demanding payment and if i do not pay i will be handed over. The accounts manager refused to listen to me. Please give me some clarity on this issue.
