No medication has been sent

A registered letter with the original script for my son's Chronic medication was sent on 15 February. I still have not ceiced a response.
I include the email sent to them:
Dear sir/ madam

I have sent a script via registered mail on the 15th of February 2013 for my son's repeat medication.

I have been in contact with you since the 1st of March as I have received nothing yet. I was informed that there was a post office strike and that the doctor will be contacted so that a interim script will be couriered to you.

I have phoned 6 times and have received 6 different excuses.

I phoned twice today alone and was disconnected twice.

I really have a problem as my son had to write his exams without his medication as it has run out 3 weeks ago. It may affect his results badly as he cannot concentrate without his medication and his epilepsy may become worse due his lack of medication. That can result in me having to take him for more specialist treatment, which would result in more deductions from my medical aid.

No one can give me a competent answer or a time frame in which my problem can be solved. I would really like an answer from you ASAP as I then would not need to take this
