The old lady (65 years) here at work has just joined LA since January this year. it's been frustrating to all of us here because she complains all the time that LA health refuses to give her chronic medication. last week (26 Feb - 01Mar) she was admitted at the hospital because since January she never taken her medication. she called LA health several times but still they haven't resolved the matter. today she went for her results since she was admitted, the Doctor gave her script. she couldn't get her medication the medical aid said she can only get it on the 15th March. really now tell me how can she survive? she's been struggling already without chronic medication since December. I'm so disappointed to LA health as I'm the one who recruited her with the hope for better health but i've digged her grave. her membership no is 420685850
