My doctor gave me 3 repeats to collect medication at click pharmacy and 2 repeats where given successfully without any issues 1st was at fourways mall where the script was captured and the 2nd was at hydepark corner and on the 5th of January went to collect my last 1 at columbine crossing and to my surprise I was refused to get it cause the pharmacist told me that it was not showing as a repeat even after I pleaded and explain that there was a script and my Dr was not available to issue another script as she was on holiday and she couldn't be reached and the pharmacist only gave me meds for 3days not a full month as usual and this was such an inconvenience cause I was supposed to travel with family and my trip had to be cancelled as I had to get my chronic medication sorted out. This really broke my heart because I cannot skip even 1 dosage of my chronic medication. And clicks let me down big time
I need an explanation on this cause I never want to experience what I did at clicks, I managed to get a copy that I got at fourways the first time I collect my medication and I have it as proof. My medical aid was contacted and they also want to know what happened with the system
